Tahini Sauce

Ingredients

tahini
1/4
tsp
salt
1/4
tsp
garlic powder
1/4
cup
warm water
approximate
Instructions
Mix tahini, salt, garlic powder in a small mixing bowl and whisk together.
Continue whisking and slowly add the water until you have a creamy, pourable sauce. This might be less than 1/4 cup, might be more.
Adjust garlic and salt to taste.
Notes
Refrigerate for 1-2 weeks. Shame on you if there's any left after the second day.
Goes great on falafels, salads, veggie burgers, in pitas, shwarma, etc.
