Sauce Tartare
aka Tartar Sauce

Ingredients

cup
keto mayonnaise
1
lemon
zest

tbsp
lemon juice

tbsp
finely diced pickle
1
tbsp
finely chopped parsley
2
tsp
finely chopped dill
3
tbsp
finely chopped capers
salt & pepper to taste
Instructions
Mix well.
Let rest for at least 30 minutes before using to let the flavours combine.
This will keep for a week in the fridge.

Optional things:
1 tbsp powdered allulose
mustard (yellow or dijon)
hotsauce
chopped olives
horseradish
onions
white wine vinegar
pickle juice
parsely OR dill
minced garlic
