Preheat oven to 350F
Whisk the dry ingredients together.
Add the rest of the ingredients, stir until fully mixed.
Pour into well-greased donut molds (or muffin tin), 2/3 full.
Bake approximately 20 minutes, until top is golden brown, and toothpick comes out clean.
Pop out of the pan and let completely cool on a rack before decorating or serving.
