Whisk the dry ingredients together.
Form a well in the middle of the dry ingredients.
In a separate bowl, whisk the wet ingredients together, and let sit for 10 minutes.
Slowly add the wet mix to the well, and pull the dry ingredients in (like making pasta). If this doesn't make sense, just stir everything together until smooth.
At this point,you should have a very sticky dough.
Using a tortilla press (with parchment paper), or 2 pieces of oiled parchment paper and a rolling pin, form the wrap/pita to desired thickness, (see #3)
Pan fry on medium heat for 50-60 seconds each side.
