Ingredients

eggs, room temperature

cream cheese, room temperature

tsp
vanilla extract
1
tbsp
sweetener
4
tbsp
coconut flour
2
tsp
baking powder
(1.5 tsp for waffles)
Nut milk or 10% cream as needed
Optional cinnamon, 1/2 tsp flavouring
Optional 1 tbsp melted butter for waffles
Instructions
Mix the wet ingredients.
Add dry ingredients, and mix until batter is smooth.
Batter will thicken if it sits for a few minutes, add a splash of the liquid, and stir.
Pour 4-6" discs on greased and pre-heated pan or griddle at 300F
Flip when surface begins to bubble, and the edges harden.
Cook another 2-3 minutes, until golden brown.
