1cupfine almond flour( extra fine is even gooder )
1/4cupcocoa powder
2tbspDutch processed cocoa powder( or regular )
1tspbaking powder
1/2tspsalt
1/3cupmelted coconut oil or butter
3tbspwater or more oil
2largeeggs
2/3cupgranulated keto sugar
1tspvanilla extract
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350F
Grease 8" pan or line with parchment.
Cream the butter and sugar.
Add the rest of the ingredients and mix well.
Spread the batter evenly in the prepared pan.
Bake 20 minutes on middle rack, and let cool completely.
