Preheat oven to 300F
Thoroughly wash kale.
Thoroughly dry the kale, using paper towels.
Cut away the stem, and tear into bite-sized pieces.
Spread the kale over 2 rimmed baking sheets so the pieces aren't touching.
Drizzle the olive oil on the kale, then rub it in.
Sprinkle the salt and garlic powder on the chips.
Bake 10 minutes.
Rotate the pans, and bake another 7-10 minutes, make sure they don't brown too much.
Remove from the oven and let rest in the pan for another 3-5 minutes to crisp up even more.
