Preheat oven to 350F
Cut the carrots to whatever size and shape you like.
In a large bowl, whisk everything but the carrots together.
Toss the carrots in the sauce, then place in a greased oven-safe baking dish, or place the carrots and coat them with the glaze. Either way, pour whatever is left over on top of the carrots.
Turn the carrots every 10 minutes.
Bake until tender, approximately 30 minutes. I like to do this uncovered so the carrots brown up a bit.
