Greek Salad Quiche

It's the quiche version of Greek salad dressing

Ingredients
  

  • 6 large eggs
  • 1 cup olive oil
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp Greek oregano
  • 9" blind baked pie crust

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350F
  • Whisktogether
  • Pour into the blind-baked pie crust
  • Bake until set, approx 30-45 minutes
