Stir all the ingredients in a briki.
Slowly bring to a boil - medium low heat.
Remove from heat, let the froth settle down for a few seconds, then bring back to a boil.
Repeat this 4 more times. All the foam that's being created is magical.
Carefully pour into a demitasse. If you're making more than 1 cup at a time, try to share the foam evenly. Don't pour the grinds into the cups.
Let cool for 3-4 minutes, this also lets the grounds settle to the bottom.
