Instructions
Whisk dry ingredients
Mix in hot water
Knead well
Let rest 10 minutes
Roll out between sheets of parchment paper to 1/4" thick
Cut into strips
Fried - in vegetable oil on medium heat, until each side is golden brown
Bake - brush with olive oil, sprinkle with salt, bake at 400F 10-12 minutes (until golden)
Let cool on paper towel, sprinkle with more salt if needed
