Ingredients
  

  • 100 grams almond flour (approx 1 cup minus 2 level teaspoons)
  • 1 tbsp xanthan gum
  • 6 tbsp hot water
  • 1/2 tsp salt

Instructions
 

  • Whisk dry ingredients
  • Mix in hot water
  • Knead well
  • Let rest 10 minutes
  • Roll out between sheets of parchment paper to 1/4" thick
  • Cut into strips
  • Fried - in vegetable oil on medium heat, until each side is golden brown
  • Bake - brush with olive oil, sprinkle with salt, bake at 400F 10-12 minutes (until golden)
  • Let cool on paper towel, sprinkle with more salt if needed
