Place eggs in large saucepan, cover with water.
Bring to a boil for 1 minute, remove from heat, and let sit 17 minutes (fully hard boiled).
Peel eggs.
Slice eggs lengthwise in half,
Remove yolks and transfer to a medium bowl.
Add mayo, butter, mustards, pickle juice, sugar, salt, pepper, and Tabasco sauce. Use a fork to mash well.
Pipe or spoon into egg halves.
Sprinle with paprika and "optional" bacon.
