Packed brown sugar
( or make your own - see below )

Plus 2 tbsp all-purpose flour.

Baking soda

chocolate chips
( usually 3/4 cup 150 grams)
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375F
Cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
Beat in eggs and vanilla.
Stir in everything other than the chocolate chips.
Stir in the chocolate chips.
Drop tablespoons of dough, 2" apart on a baking sheet.
Bake 10-12 minutes, or until lightly browned.
Let cool on the sheet for 2 minutes then move to wire racks.
Let cool completely.
Notes
To make brown sugar, 1 cup + 1 tsp molasses = 1 cup brown sugar. Whisk it until the molasses is completely incorporated.
