Oil your loaf pan, and pre-heat oven to 350
Cook the chicken however you like, do not season it. Boiling in water until internal temperature hits 165 is the easiest.
Let the chicken cool completely.
Place all the ingredients in a blender, and blend until very smooth.
Pour into the loaf pan and bake ( see #4 below for times ).
Makes 2 mini-loaves, double the recipe to make a full-sized loaf.
