Ingredients

Hard-boiled eggs

cream cheese

crumbled bacon

tbsp
finely chopped green onion
Or minced fresh parsley, or anything else you want for some colour or fun flavours.
Instructions
Mix everything other than the bacon in a bowl.
Roll into 8 balls.
Freeze for 10 minutes to firm up the balls.
Press them firmly into a bowl of crumbled bacon.
Store in an air-tight container for up to 3 days.
