Ingredients

almond flour

parmesan

parsley

salt
( was 1/2 tsp, I found it too salty )

pepper
Instructions
Whisk the egg in a bowl.
In another bowl, whisk together the remaining ingredients.
Pat dry the fish with a paper towel.
Dip the fish in the egg.
Press the fish into the breading mixture.
Fry or bake as usual (golden brown, internal temperature 145F)
Notes
Optional - add the zest of a medium lemon.
