Breaded Fish Fillet

Ingredients
  

  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cup almond flour
  • 1 oz parmesan
  • 1 tbsp parsley
  • 1/4 tsp salt ( was 1/2 tsp, I found it too salty )
  • 1/4 tsp pepper

Instructions
 

  • Whisk the egg in a bowl.
  • In another bowl, whisk together the remaining ingredients.
  • Pat dry the fish with a paper towel.
  • Dip the fish in the egg.
  • Press the fish into the breading mixture.
  • Fry or bake as usual (golden brown, internal temperature 145F)

Notes

Optional - add the zest of a medium lemon.
