Tahini Sauce
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup tahini
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 cup warm water approximate
Instructions
- Mix tahini, salt, garlic powder in a small mixing bowl and whisk together.
- Continue whisking and slowly add the water until you have a creamy, pourable sauce. This might be less than 1/4 cup, might be more.
- Adjust garlic and salt to taste.
Notes
- Refrigerate for 1-2 weeks. Shame on you if there's any left after the second day.
- Goes great on falafels, salads, veggie burgers, in pitas, shwarma, etc.
