Tahini Sauce

Tahini Sauce

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup tahini
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 cup warm water approximate

Instructions
 

  • Mix tahini, salt, garlic powder in a small mixing bowl and whisk together.
  • Continue whisking and slowly add the water until you have a creamy, pourable sauce. This might be less than 1/4 cup, might be more.
  • Adjust garlic and salt to taste.

Notes

  • Refrigerate for 1-2 weeks. Shame on you if there's any left after the second day.
  • Goes great on falafels, salads, veggie burgers, in pitas, shwarma, etc.
