Keto Brownies
Ingredients
- 1 cup fine almond flour ( extra fine is even gooder )
- 1/4 cup cocoa powder
- 2 tbsp Dutch processed cocoa powder ( or regular )
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/3 cup melted coconut oil or butter
- 3 tbsp water or more oil
- 2 large eggs
- 2/3 cup granulated keto sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350F
- Grease 8" pan or line with parchment.
- Cream the butter and sugar.
- Add the rest of the ingredients and mix well.
- Spread the batter evenly in the prepared pan.
- Bake 20 minutes on middle rack, and let cool completely.
