Honey Glazed Carrots
Ingredients
- 8 medium peeled carrots
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 1/4 cup honey
- Salt&pepper to taste ( start with 1/2 tsp and 1/4 tsp )
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350F
- Cut the carrots to whatever size and shape you like.
- In a large bowl, whisk everything but the carrots together.
- Toss the carrots in the sauce, then place in a greased oven-safe baking dish, or place the carrots and coat them with the glaze. Either way, pour whatever is left over on top of the carrots.
- Turn the carrots every 10 minutes.
- Bake until tender, approximately 30 minutes. I like to do this uncovered so the carrots brown up a bit.
