Corn Syrup

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cup allulose
  • 3/4 cup water
  • 1/4 tsp cream of tartar
  • 2 tsp lemon juice
  • 1 pinch salt

Instructions
 

  • Mix everything in a heavy-bottom saucepan over medium heat.
  • Keep stirring until everything dissolves, and starts to simmer.
  • Keep at exactly 230F for 15-20 minutes. It should thicken up and turn a golden amber/honey colour.
  • Remove from heat, pour into heat-safe jars, and let cool.
  • Makes 1 1/3 cup
