wonderbread chaffle
This version is very different, has some surprising ingredients, and is even more surprisingly awesome.
- 1 large egg
- 3 tbsp almond flour
- 1 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1/4 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp water
Whisk the egg until the whites are completely gone.
Stir in the rest of the ingredients.
Pour half (1/4 cup) of the mixture onto a mini (4″ diameter) waffle maker and cook for 3-4 minutes.
