this does 4-6 chops that are 3/4 – 1/2″
Generic pork marinade
1/4 c evoo
5 cloves crushed
1 tsp ground mustard (1 tbsp prepared mustard, – tsp vin)
1 tbsp white wine vineg
1 tbsp worst
1 tbsp lemon
1/2 tsp salt & pepper each
Greek style
1/4 evoo
2 lemons (juice and zest)
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
1 tsp rosemary
1 tsp oregano
3 tsp minced garlic
Sear outside on hot skillet
400 approx 5 mon/ 1/2″
or pan med heat 4-8 min per side

Load butter in pan on med
1-2 cloves crushed garlic, until fragrant
add the broccoli, toss 2-3 minutes until happy
big pinch of salt, bit of lemon zest, splash of lemon juice, toss again, remove, smother in grated parm. boom!
