Baked Fish
Ingredients
- 3 lbs fish fillets
- 3 tbsp butter
- 3 tbsp lemon juice ( about 1/2 large lemon )
- 1/4 cup water
- Salt & Pepper to taste ( 1/2 tsp salt, 1/4 tsp pepper )
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 450F
- Place the fish in a lightly greased casserole or baking dish.
- Later the fish in the dish so they are not overlapping.
- Add the water, butter, juice, and salt&pepper. It's best to use warm water, and whisk the ingredients together.
- Cover with foil, and bake for 20 minutes, or until it flakes easily with a fork.
