Brownies (Keto)

Ingredients
  

  • 1/3 cup almond flour
  • 1/3 cup butter
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/3 cup powdered sugar (erythritol or allulose)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350
  • Mix everything well.
  • Pour into 8x8 non-stick baking pan (can grease, or grease + dust with cocoa)
  • Cover with foil and bake for 40-60 minutes. Start toothpick testing at 35 minutes.

Notes

You can grease the baking pan, then lightly dust with cocoa powder to help release the brownies later.
My preferred frosting is my Keto Ganache, but you can use any topping you like.
