Fathead dough pizza:
Melt 1.5 cups of mozarella cheese, stir in 1 lightly-whisked egg, 1 cups almond flour, 2 tbsp cream cheese, knead it into a ball, and then roll it out into a thin crust (1/4″).
Top with sauce, cheese, pizza toppings, bake on a pizza stone (lined sheet pan also works) at 350 until bottom of the crust is golden brown.
