Almond Milk
Ingredients
- 1 cup almonds
- 4 cups water plus more
- 1 tsp optional vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup optional sweetener - to taste
Instructions
- Cover almonds in cold water overnight.
- Discard the water.
- Place almonds in blender.
- Add 4 cups water.
- Blend approx 3 minutes.
- Strain through cheesecloth.
- Add optional ingredients.
