- 1/2 lb ground pork
- 1/2 lb ground beef
- (or a total of 1lb of ground meat, I like 50-50 pork-beef)
- 1 egg
- 1 tbsp parsley
- 1 tbsp oregano
- optional 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- optional 1/4 cup minced onion
Thoroughly mix by hand, form into the size of meatballs you want (I like golf ball size meatballs).
Cover with cling wrap, chill 1-2 hours
Fry in olive oil and/or butter until brown on all sides on medium heat (approx 2-2.5 mins a side).
