Since I don’t normally stock wine at Casa del Vlahos, I’m making today’s soup with …. red wine vinegar and a bit of sugar to balance out the acidity.
I’m sure I’ll do something fun with the other half of the baguette, and that will involve lots of roast garlic, butter, some cheese, and a broiler.
