1 lb flour (approx 3.5 cups)
2 cups water
1 tbsp yeast
3 tbsp sugar
2 tbsp good olive oil
bunch of savoury things (rosemary, garlic, onions, olives, jalapenos, cheeses, etc etc etc)

Stir everything together, thin layer of oil, cover, let rest/rise in a draft-free warm area until it at least doubles in size. Approx 1.5 hours.
Form into loaf shape (flouring will be discussed in the proper writeup), place in greased loaf pan, no more than 3/4 full. place in the same warm area, and let rise for another 20-30 minutes.
Feel free to score the top, glaze with something, etc, bake at 350 until the top is golden brown.
Remove from the oven, remove from loaf pan after 5-10 minutes, let completely cool on a rack.
