Potato. Mushroom. Bacon.
Pie? Bake? Both?
Today I’m making Potato-Mushroom Pie and adding bacon for extra pizzaz.
Gruyere is a hard yellow cheese, and has several substitutions:
- Comté 1:1
- Beaufort 1:1
- Emmental 1:1 or if aged, 7:10
- Jarlsberg 1:1
- Edam 13:10
