Reverse Sear Steak, ** (French Fries, and/or Rutabaga Fries), Salad, something fancy for dessert!
You’ve seen all these items before, but I’ll post the links to the individual items right after the stream.
Fries
1/2″ thick
soak in water 1 hour min (overnight is better)
rinse well, pat completely dry
fried at 300F for 5-6 mins, paper towel (can freeze at this point, do it on a baking sheet 1 hour, then bag)
fry at 400F for 5 minutes
Rutabaga Fries
1 rutabaga cut into spears
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 teaspoons paprika
1 teaspoon garlic powder
Salt and pepper
Bake 425 for 30-35 minutes flip after 15
Baked Asparagus
Tossed in olive oil, some salt, pepper, garlic powder, baked at 350ish for 25 minutes.
And for dessert (VIDEO), Vanilla Ice Cream but I used 2 tbsp of my vodka extract vanilla, no xanthan gum, and allulose instead of erythritol. I let it freeze in a shallow metal pan so it would be ready in 2 hours.
I cut heart shape out of the ice cream, covered it in ganache and filled the top with thin slices of strawberries.
